Join Our Innovative Journey at WtR: Seeking a Strategic Board Member for our Prop-tech Venture
About WtR: Pioneering the Future of Commercial Property Tech
Founded in 2011 by Jesper Adeberg and Alexander Uulas, WtR has been a dynamic force in the commercial property industry. Our growth has been organic and profit-driven, establishing us as a leading 3D studio in the Nordics, UK, and USA. We specialize in helping commercial property owners visually showcase their future developments and vacant spaces for lease. Our diverse services include Virtual Reality, 3D-Flythrough animations, films, and renderings.
Since early 2023, WtR embarked on an ambitious transformation from a professional services consultant to a pioneering prop-tech SaaS company. We're building a revolutionary digital ecosystem aimed at optimizing occupancy and reducing vacancies across property portfolios. This platform will feature virtual showings, data-driven decisions, and AI integration to address pressing market challenges.
Our leadership includes CEO Alexander Uulas (Founder) and Jesper Adeberg (Founder), who leads the SaaS platform initiative. The Management Committee also comprises a CFO and COO. The current board members are Jesper, Alex, Mattias Nordin, and Alexander Olsson.
We invite you to be part of our mission to revolutionize how commercial properties are leased—a globally scalable venture where we are poised to make a significant impact.
